Baltic Sea Week at Hotel Haven
Havenly Brunch 1 September
A beautiful early autumn Sunday is the perfect time to enjoy fresh Baltic Sea produce. On 1 September, the Havenly Brunch will serve, among other delicacies from the buffet, more herring, smoked caviar mousse and, subject to availability, small perch or smoked bream. The brunch is of course crowned by the charming setting of sea captain Sundman's house and a sea view!

Baltic Sea cocktail & fish specialties 26 August – 1 September
At Bar Haven, enjoy a Song of the Sea drink with fresh lime, pineapple and a hint of mint to celebrate the Baltic Sea. For every drink sold, a portion will be donated to the John Nurminen Foundation.
A tapas-style Baltic Sea platter of fresh small fish delicacies and matching condiments is also lovely to share. In addition, the pike wallenberg, already a Helsinki restaurant classic, served with mashed potatoes and cucumbers is guaranteed to charm.
Breakfast and conference lunches

The Baltic Sea Day breakfast buffet will feature fish products, as will the brunch on 1 September. For the conference lunches, you can order a fish platter as a starter and pike wallenberg, herring steaks and perch clams as a main course.
